Qadam

Terms of Service

For agencies that use Qadam on the web (qadam.work) and in the Qadam mobile app. Last updated: 6 October 2026.

1. Who we are

Qadam is a software service operated by LGL EU Group LLC, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us", "our"). Contact: [email protected].

These terms are an agreement between us and the agency that uses Qadam ("you", "the customer"). By creating a workspace, starting a pilot or paying for a plan you accept these terms on behalf of your agency.

2. The service

Qadam is software for licensed recruitment agencies. It connects the agency's own WhatsApp Business number or Telegram bot to a shared workspace on the web and on the phone. An assistant replies to candidates who write to the agency, asks the agency's screening questions, collects the documents the agency requests and matches candidates with the agency's vacancies. The agency team works with candidates in a shared inbox and a pipeline board.

Qadam handles conversations that candidates start with your agency. It is not a job board and not a tool for bulk or cold messaging. Features by plan are listed on the Pricing page.

3. Who can use Qadam

4. Free pilot

New agencies can try Qadam free for 7 days without a payment card. Nothing is charged automatically when the pilot ends. To keep using Qadam you choose a paid plan; if you do not, we may pause the workspace.

5. Plans, payment and Paddle

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in US dollars at the prices shown on the Pricing page. Taxes may be added at checkout.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle processes payments, issues invoices, handles sales tax and VAT, and handles billing enquiries and refunds.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until cancelled. If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the new price applies to you.

6. WhatsApp and Telegram fees

WhatsApp messaging fees charged by Meta are billed by Meta directly to your agency's WhatsApp Business account. They are not included in Qadam prices and are not collected by us.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected] or through paddle.net. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month, and you keep access until then. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to:

You agree not to:

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules. We will tell you the reason and, where possible, give you a chance to fix the problem first.

9. Your data and candidates' data

Candidate conversations, documents and records collected in your workspace belong to your agency. You decide what to collect, and you are responsible for having a lawful basis for it and for giving candidates the notices the law requires. We process this data only to provide Qadam to you, as described in our Privacy Policy and the Privacy Policy for candidates.

After you cancel, you can ask us for an export of your data within 30 days. After that we delete it, except records we must keep by law.

10. Third-party services

Qadam relies on third-party services, including WhatsApp (Meta), Telegram, hosting and AI providers. Their rules and availability are outside our control. If Meta or Telegram restricts your number or bot, we will help you, but we cannot guarantee that the restriction will be lifted.

11. Availability, support and changes

We work to keep Qadam available and to fix problems quickly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at [email protected] and in the workspace.

We improve Qadam over time. If we remove a feature that is a key part of your plan, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel.

12. Intellectual property

The Qadam software, design and brand belong to us or our licensors. While your pilot or subscription is active, you have a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Qadam for your agency's own business. If you send us feedback, we may use it to improve Qadam.

13. Disclaimers and liability

Qadam is provided "as is". AI-generated replies, summaries and voice transcripts can contain mistakes. Your agency remains responsible for checking candidates' documents and for every decision about a candidate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for Qadam in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

14. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Qadam at any time. We may end or suspend your access if you seriously break these terms, do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where possible we will give you notice first.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of Dubai.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the workspace at least 14 days before they take effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.
