Privacy Policy
For agency owners, admins and recruiters who use Qadam on the web (qadam.work) and in the Qadam mobile app. Last updated: 6 October 2026.
Who we are
Qadam is a workspace for licensed overseas recruitment agencies, operated by LGL EU Group LLC (Dubai, UAE). In this policy "we" means LGL EU Group LLC as the operator of Qadam. Contact: [email protected].
Candidates who write to an agency's WhatsApp or Telegram assistant are covered by a separate policy: Privacy Policy for candidates.
What we collect about you
- Account: your name, the email address or phone number you sign in with, your role (owner, admin or recruiter) and your agency. Your password is stored only as a salted hash.
- Sign-in and security: active sessions with the device type, and the IP address of sign-in attempts to stop password guessing.
- Your work in Qadam: replies you send to candidates (signed with your name), pipeline stage changes, chat assignments, agency records you fill in, vacancies you add, and support requests.
- Notifications: if you turn on alerts, a push token for your device so we can tell you about new candidates and replies.
The Qadam app has no advertising, no third-party analytics and no tracking across other apps or websites. We do not use your location, contacts, camera or microphone.
Why we use it
- To let you sign in and keep your account secure.
- To run the workspace for your agency: the shared inbox, the pipeline, assignments and who on the team is online.
- To send you notifications you turned on.
- To answer your support requests.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Your agency team: colleagues in your agency see your name, role, online status and the replies and changes you make.
- Service providers that run Qadam for us: server hosting in the EU (Finland), Cloudflare (network and security), Expo, Apple and Google (delivery of push notifications to your device), WhatsApp (Meta) and Telegram (delivery of the messages you send to candidates), and AI services that draft suggested replies and transcribe voice messages when you use those features.
- Authorities, only if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept while your account is active. Sign-in sessions end after 30 days or when you log out. Push tokens are removed when you log out. When an account is deleted, we delete its personal data within 7 days, except records we must keep by law. Candidate conversations belong to your agency and are kept by the agency's settings.
Your rights and deleting your account
You can see and change your name, login and password under Your account. You can sign out other devices there at any time.
To delete your account, open Your account in the app and tap Delete account, or email [email protected] from the address you sign in with. We confirm and delete your account and its personal data within 7 days. You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it.
Children
Qadam is a business tool for agency staff and is not meant for anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update the date at the top and tell you in the workspace when the change matters.
